To come up with an accurate Cost estimate, we do the following:

Step 1. Preparation of Bill of materials Format

Proper preparation of the BOM Format will guide us on   what items and materials we need to quantify.

Step 2. Quantification

Using the BOM Format as our guide, we will quantify all the materials and works to be done using the latest softwares for accuracy.

Step 3. Costing

After all quantities are gathered, Cost for the materials and Labor will be computed.

 

Most of the Engineers and Architects can do the Quantification part but cannot accurately come up with the right cost.

 

for us to come up with an accurate cost, we prepare a Detailed Unit Price analysis for each item. This will guide us in computing the unit cost for each item by calculating the manpower/Labor, Materials and Consumables needed to accomplish each Item.
